RESOLUTION <br /> <br />I.~a=~ ..... ~s~ Wendl~.mg ~· Gaydoa , Graber, <br />Huffman, Kelley, Usher, Ward <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ~%ESOLUTiON authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />for liquid chlorine, ii:~e and ferric chloride, for a period <br />of one (1) year ccmmencing April 1, 1968. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- <br />ment; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br />contract for the purchase of liquid chlorine, lime and ferric <br />chloride, for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, <br />1968 with the lowest and best bidder after advertisement <br />according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
