That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby author- <br />ized to pay the cost of membership of municipal employees and/or <br />Divisions or Departments of the City of Lakewood for the year 1968, <br />in the organizations and associations set forth in Section 1 hereof. <br /> <br />Section 3.
