Graber, Huffmao, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Ward, Wendltng, Gaydo$ <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract for the <br />purchase of a disconnect switch and capacitors for the <br />Lakewood Waste Water Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> ~tIEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />in that it provides for the immediate preservation of the <br />public safety and welfare and for the usual daily operation <br />of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />for the purchase of a disconnect switch and capacitors for <br />the Lakewood Waste Water Treatment Plant with the lowest <br />and best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: April 15. 1968 <br /> <br />_ Robert E.
