RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />4630 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Huffman, Kelley <br />Usher, Ward, Wendling, GaydoS <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director <br />of Finance to enter into a contract for rental and service of <br />electronic data processing equipment for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure in that it provides for the immediate preservation of the <br />public safety and for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the <br />rental and service of electronic data processing equipment <br />comparable to that presently in use by the City~ with the lowest <br />and best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two~thirds of <br />all members elected to Council~ it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: May 6, 1968 <br /> <br />Robert E.
