Usher, Ward, Wendling, Gaydc~ <br /> Graber, Huffman, Kelley <br /> <br /> AN ~4ERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract for <br />accepting and disposing of mixed refuse of the City of <br />Lakewood by truck hauling or railroad carloads for a period <br />of three years commencing November l, 1968 and terminating <br />October 31, 1971o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution ConStitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the <br />public health and for the usual daily operation of a <br />Municipal Department; now, therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF LA~EWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for accepting <br />and disposing of mixed refuse of the City of Lakewood by truck <br />hauling or railroad carloads for a period of three years <br />commencing November 1~ 1968 and terminating October 31, 1971 <br />with the lowest and best bidder after advertisement according <br />to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
