RESOLUTION NO. 4685 BY~ <br /> <br />Messrs~ Usher, Ward, WendIing, <br />Gaydos; ~uffman, Kelley <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Mr. David S..Brown <br />as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the unexpired <br />term ending December 31, 1971. <br /> <br />BE IT P~SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAHEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. David S. Brown as a <br />member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the unexpired term <br />ending December 31, 1971, is hereby approved in accordance <br />with the provisions of Article XVI of the Charter of the City <br />of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and. approval by the Mayor <br />and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:.
