RESOLUTION NO. 4686 <br /> <br />MeSsrs. Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Jess A. Bell as a <br />member of the BOard of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />term ending December 31~ 1969. <br /> <br />BE IT RE~SOLVED BY THE COU~]CIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Jess A. Bell as a member <br />of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the term <br />ending December 31, 1969 is hereby approved in accordance <br />with Article XX, Section 1 of the Charter of the City of <br />Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2.
