Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher~ War , Caydos <br /> <br />AN ..MER,~,N~Y i~ESOLUTtON authorizing and directing Lhe Fimance Director of <br />the City of Lakewood }~o ~ccept the principal and interest on special assess. <br />r~ent ]e¢...ed on ,~erm~,n~ut ~5.~rc~! number 315-23-!35~ and known for street <br />numbering purposes ~s 2078 Robin A~enue, on the Cuyahoga County Auditor's <br />records and authorizing the County Auditor to cancel said special assessment <br />for the years 1969, 1970 and 1971~ <br /> <br /> ~AS <br />WHERE Tile City has special assessment charged against the property here- <br />inaf~er described and levied under Ordinance No. 30-66, adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Lekewood on April 21: 1.966, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The owner of the said property has te[~ered payment of the principal <br />portion and interest on the special assessment levied on said parcel pursuant <br />to the provisions of Section 5719.16 cf the Revised Code o~ the State of Ohio, <br />and, <br /> <br />W]-IEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />usual daily ~ <br /> opera,s.on of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0t,' LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO.~ <br /> <br />Section !. That the Director of Fina~e of the City of Lakewood be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to accept the sum of $54.72 tendered <br />in payment of the principal and interest for the years 1969, 1970 and 1971, <br />of special assessment charged against the property described as permanent <br />parcel number 315-23-,135 o~ the Auditor's records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />and levied under Ordinance No. 30-66, adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood on April 21, 1966. <br /> <br />Section 2. That said special assessment as hereinbefore set forth having <br />been accepted as set forth in Section t hereof, and the ~ditor of Cuyahoga <br />County be and he is hereby authorized to cancel said special assessment for <br />the years 1969, 1970 and 1971, levied under Ordinance No. 30-66,adopted by <br />the Council of the City of Lakewood on April 21, 1966, on permanent parcel <br />number 315-23-135 on the County Auditor's ~ecords and further described aa <br />being in the Pleasant Hill Allotment, Volume 20, Page 9, each annual <br />assessment being in the amount of $18.24. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County for the purpose of having said special assessment canceled. <br /> <br />Section 4.
