RESOLUTION NO. 4699 BY: Messrs. Wendling, Gaydos, Graber, <br /> Huffman, Kelley, Usher, Ward <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the cost <br />of memberships of municipal employees and/or Divisions or Departments in <br />certain associations for the year 1969, and declaring such memberships to be <br />in the public interest. <br /> <br />WI{EREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations designed to en- <br />hance the operation of municipal departments by the exchange of ideas, infor- <br />mation and experience insures to the public benefit, and, <br /> <br />~IEREAS, This Resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety and <br />for the usual daily operation of municipal departments: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA~EWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
