Graber, <br />Huffman, Kelley <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FISCAL OFFICER OF THE CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD TO FURNISH HIS CERTIFICATE OF MAXI2~b~4 <br />MATURITY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, contemplates <br />issuing $900,000 of bonds for the purpose of modernizing the Lakewood Hospital <br />by remodeling and improving the existing building and providing equipment <br />and interior construction for an addition thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 0RDAINEDby the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maximum maturity of bonds in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 <br />of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> <br />a. $391',000 <br /> <br />for interior constructiOn in the addition <br />to Lakewood Hospital, 25 years. <br /> <br />~. $211,000 for remodeling and improving existing <br /> buildings at Lakewood HospStal, 25 years. <br /> <br />c. $298,000 for equipment to be used in the addition <br /> to Lakewood Hospital, l0 years. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
