RESOLUTION NO. 4735 BY: Messrs. Kelley, Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Gaydo$, Graber, Huffman <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a concession <br />agreement for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating <br />accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating <br />Rink for a period of one year. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the <br />public health and for the usual daily operation of a <br />Municipal Department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a con- <br />cession agreement for the operation of a refreshment and <br />ice skating accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood <br />Municipal Skating Rink, with the highest and best bidder <br />after advertising according to law for an agreement of <br />one (1) year. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> President <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
