Usher, Ward, Wendl, ing, Gaydos, Graber," lluffman, Kelley AN EMERGENCY I~SOLUTION attthorizing and directing the Finance Director of the City of Lakewood to accept the principal and interest on special assessment levied on permanent parcel number 315-10-133, and known for street numbering purposes' as 1454 Hopkins Avenue, on the Cuyahoga County Auditor's records and authorizing the County Auditor to cancel said special assessment for the years 1970, 1971, and 1972. WtIEREAS, the City of Lakewood has special assessment charged against the properlty hereinafter described and levied under Ordinance No. 16-68, adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood on April 1, 1968, and, WHEREAS, the owner of the said property has tendered payment of the principal portion and interest on the special assessment levied on said parcel pursuant to the provisions of Section 5719.16 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio, and, WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; mow, therefore: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF LAKE~0OD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director of Firmnce of the City of Lakewood be and he is hereby authorized and directed to accept the sum of $54.90 tendered in payment ~f the principal and interest for the years 1970, I971 and 1972, of special assessment charged against the propert~ described as permanent parcel number 315-10-133 on the Auditorts records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and levied under Ordinance No. 16-68, adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood on April 1, 1968. ~tion 2.
