RESOLUTION NO. 4739 <br /> <br />BY: Gra~er, H~ffmmn, Kelley, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendli~g, G~aydos <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director ~f P~blic Works <br />to enter into a contract for the purchase of approximately 6Q,000 gallons <br />of No. 2 Fuel Oil for a period of one year, commencing February 1, 1970. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to furnish tke Wamte Water ?remtment <br />Plant with No. 2 Fuel Oil for its operations, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency mem~re pro- <br />vi~ing for the irmmediate preservation of the pub~tic property an~ foz the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department; me~w, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE C%?Y OF ~OOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
