RESOLTUION NO. 4745 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Kelley, Uaher, ward, wendling, <br /> ~ Gaydos, Graber, Huffman <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Harry E. Figgie~ Jr. <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />term ending December 31, 1974. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Harry E. Figgie, Jr. as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />term ending December 31, 1974 is hereby approved in accordance <br />with Article XX~ Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2o That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon the adoption and approval by the Mayor <br />and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />'~_President/~ Clerk <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
