RESOLUTION NO. 4754 BY: Messrs. Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Ward, Wendling, Gaydos <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for <br />liquid chlorine, lime and ferric chloride, for a period of one (1) <br />year cormnencing April 1, 1970. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of liquid chlorine, lime and ferric chloride, for <br />a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1970 with the lowest and <br />best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2, That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />iu~nediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
