of this mu~icipality, whose approwll shall be evidenced by <br />signature thereto, and said officers bo, and hro,' authorized, <br />empowered and directed to use their best efforts to cause the <br />Court of Co~on Pleas to grant the prayer of said petition as <br />set forth herein. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure as the same is necessary in order to provide <br />for the creation of a body able to improve the purification and <br />distribution of water and the collection, treatment and disposal <br />of sewage within the municipality, both of which services are <br />necessary and need improvement in order to protect the health <br />and safety of the inhabitants of this municipality.
