RESOLUTION NO. 4781 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Huffman, Kelley, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, Gsydos, Graber <br /> <br /> AN Eb~RGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to enter into a concession agreement for the operation of <br />a refreshment and ice skating accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood <br />Municipal Skating Rink for a period of one year. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an amergency measure pro- <br />viding for the irmnediate preservation of the public health and for the <br />usual daily operation of a Municipal Department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a concession agreement for <br />the operation of a refreshment and ice skating accessory stand at the <br />Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink, with the highest and best <br />bidder after advertising according to law for an agreement of one (1) <br />year~ ~ <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to.be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
