<br />Section~. The Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers <br />Association is authorized to coordinate such legal action and to <br />employ such professional assistance as it may deem necessary to <br />carry out the intention of Sections 1 and 2 of this Ordinance <br /> <br />c^ <br /> <br />Section 4 The Clerk is authorized, empowered and dir- <br />ected to certify a copy of this legislation to the Executive Sec- <br />retary of the Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers Association. <br /> <br />Section 5. The sum of $779.00 is hereby appropriated and <br />shall be paid to the Cuhahoga County Mayors and City Managers Assoc- <br />iation for the purpose of paying the expenses incidental to the <br />coordination of such activity and employment of professional assist- <br />ance, which funds shall be held in escrow, disbursed as necessary, <br />and accounted for at reasonable intervals or at any time upon re- <br />quest, wi~h the unused portion of funds to be returned to this <br />municipality at the conclusion of litigation. <br /> <br />Section 6 That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof, <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> <br />~., <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />r--_-,--.-' <br /> <br />70 <br /> <br />7() <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />nn-¡-IIIII c 1111- mmcr:w-' <br /> <br />: <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />Approved <br />
