RESOLUTION NO. 4785 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Ward, Wendling, Gaydos <br /> <br /> AN E~RGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing 'and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to enter into a contract for accepting and disposing <br />of mixed refuse of the City of Lakewood by truck hauling or railroad <br />carloads for a period of three years commencing November 1, 1970 and <br />terminating October 31, 1973. <br /> <br /> Wtr~REAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the i~rm~ediate preservation of the public health and <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY Tt~ COUNCIL OF TI~ CITY OF LAgEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract for accepting and disposing <br />of mixed refuse of'the City of Lakewood by truck hauling or railroad <br />carloads for a period of three years commencing November 1, 1970 and <br />terminating October 31, 1973 with the lowest and best bidder after <br />advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
