RESOLUTION NO. 4797 <br /> <br />BY:Messrs. Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Ward, Gaydos <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Senator John H. Weeks <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for <br />the term ending December 31, 1974. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Senator John H. Weeks as <br />a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />term ending December 31, 1974 is hereby approved in accordance <br />with Article XX, Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2.
