RESOLUTION NO. 4807 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Kelley, Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Gaydos, Graber, Huffmsn <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY I~SOL~TION authorizing and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract or contracts for <br />the purchase of materials for use in street repair and other City-owned <br />properties for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1971. <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now <br />therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAK~OOD, STATE <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract or <br />contracts for the purchase of materials for use in street repairs and <br />other City-owned properties for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />April t, 1971, in accordance with the list of such materials on file in <br />the office of the Director of Public Works, with the lowest and best <br />bidder or bidders after advertisement according to law. <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> <br />Approved:-~/~ /~ /~/ <br /> <br /> <br />
