RESOLUTION NO. 4837 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City of <br />Lskewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1972, and authorizing <br />the filing of same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department arising from the necessity <br />of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1972, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1o That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br />of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of <br />money needed and the necessary expenditures in the various <br />departments of the municipality for the year 1~72, be and the <br />same is hereby approved and the Clerk i~ hereby ordered and <br />directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2.
