RESOLUTION NO. 4840 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Kelley, Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Gsydos, Graber, Huffman <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of <br />Public Works to enter into a concession agreement for the operation of <br />a refreshment and ice skating accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood <br />Municipal ~kating Rink for a period of one year. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the immediate preservation of the public health and for the usual <br />daily operation of a Municipal Department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a concession agreement for the <br />operation of a refreshment and ice skating accessory stand at the Winter- <br />hurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink, with the highest and best bidder <br />after advertising according to law for an agreement of one (1) year. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
