Hurd as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital to complete <br />the unexpired term ending December 31, 1974. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STA~E OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That ~he appointment of Thomas C. Hurd as a member of <br />the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the term ending <br />December 31, 1974 is hereby approved in accordance with Article <br />Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2.
