RESOLUTION NO. 4863 BY: Messrs. Wendling, Graber, <br /> Kelley, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Usher, Brockman <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works to <br />obtain an appraisal on the off-street municipal parking lot located north of Detroit <br />Avenue between Belle Avenue and St, Charles Avenue. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure in that it pro- <br />vides for the immediate preservation of the public safety and welfare and for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby author- <br />ized and directed to obtain an appraisal on the off-street municipal parking lot <br />located north of Detroit Avenue between Belle Avenue and St. Charles Avenue from an <br />accredited real estate appraiser. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed <br />to pay the fee for said appraisal and to charge same to the Downtown Lakewood Relief <br />Parking Garage Fund. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Clerk~ <br /> <br />~yor <br /> <br /> <br />
