RESOLUTION NO.: 4868 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Kelley, Magnotto,McBride, <br /> Usher, Wendling, Brockman, Graber <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for <br />Liquid Chlorine, Lime and Ferric Chloride, for a period of one (1) <br />year cormmencing April 1, 1972. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing, for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now~ therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement con- <br />tract for the purchase of Liquid Chlorine, Lime and Ferric Chloride, <br />for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1972 with the lowest <br />and best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />in~nediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Approved: ,~.~ Y/~/~/7~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
