RESOLUTION NO. 4874 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. McBride, Usher, Brockman, <br /> Graber, Kelley, Magnotto <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of <br />Public Works to enter into a contract or contracts for furnishing the <br />fixtures and the installation of the re-lighting of Madison Park Baseball <br />Field in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal departments now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Publiq Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts for the <br />furnishing of fixtures and the installation for the re-lighting of the <br />Madison Park Baseball Field in the City of Lakewood in accordance with <br />the specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, <br />with the lowest and best bidder or bidders after advertisement according <br />to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and pro- <br />vided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
