RESOLUTION NO. 4888 BY: Messrs. Brockman, Kelley, Magnotto, McBride, Usher A RESOLUTION confirming and approving the action of the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County in rescheduling the special election on the question of a referendum on Ordinance No. 7-72 from June 2, 1972 to June 16, 1972. WHEREAS, this Council on May 1, 1972 duly adopted Ordinance No. 41-72 providing for. the submission to the electorate of Ordinance No. 7-72 adopted March 20, 1972 and directing that the special election be held on Friday, the 2nd day of June, 1972, amd WHEREAS, the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County has advised that because of the bidding requirements and the time necessary for the printing of ballots and supplies and the delivery of same that it is impossible to certify the holding of the aforesaid special election on June 2, 1972, and WHEREAS, the Board of Elections of Cuyahcga County with the approval of the Board's legal counsel, has rescheduled the aforesaid special election for June 16, 1972 and has requested this Council to confirm and approve same, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: June 16, question to send a Elections Section 1. That this Council does hereby confirm and apprOve the date of 1972 for holding the special election in the City of Lakewood on the of a referendum on Ordinance No. 7-72. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed copy of this resolution to Joseph A. Cipollone, Director, Board of of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Section 3.
