RESOLUTION ri0. 4912 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Magnotto,McBride, <br />Usher, Wendling, Werner, <br />Brockman, Graber <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish a certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood contemplates issuing <br />$700,000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of paying the costs of acquiring <br />and improving real property by clearing therefrom the existing buildings <br />thereon for the purpose of providing a site for the construction of a struc- <br />ture for municipal off-street parking; <br /> <br /> NOW, TPr~IREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lake- <br />woos, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maximum maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accordance with the pro- <br />visions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> <br />$ 50,000 for clearing existing buildings. <br /> <br />$650,000 for acquisition of real estate. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
