RESOLUTION NO. 4922 BY: Messrs. Werner, Brockman, Magnotto, McBride, Usher, Wendling. AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the cost of memberships of municipal employees and/or Divisions or Departments in certain associations for the year 1973, and declaring such memberships to be in th~public interest. WHEREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations designed to enhance the operation of municipal departments by the exchange of ideas, information and experience inures to the public benefit, and, WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the i~mediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety and for the usual daily operation of municipal ~epartments: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1.
