Magnotto,McBrl~ <br />Sinagra, Usher, Wefner. <br />Graber <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish a certificate <br />of maximum maturity, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood contemplates issuing <br />$4,350,000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of paying the costs of con- <br />structing and equipping a structure for municipal off-street parking of <br />motor vehicles; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lake~ <br />wood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby required <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maxim~um maturity of bonds and notes c~lculated in accordance with the pro- <br />visions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> <br />$~,100,000 for constructing such structure. <br /> <br />250,000 for equipping such structure. <br /> <br /> Section 2. <br />immediately upon its adoption by Council. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~C~/~ , 1973 <br /> <br />That this resolution shall be in force and take effect <br /> <br />Approved: ?% <br /> <br />Presi~n~ ~ Council <br /> <br /> Clerk ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
