RESOLUTION NO. 4995 <br /> <br />Graber, Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESO, LUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the cost <br />of memberships of municipal employees and/or Divisions or Departments in <br />certain associations for the year 1974, and declaring such memberships to <br />be in the public interest. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations designed to enhance <br />the operation of municipal departments by the exchange of ideas, information <br />and experience inures to the public benefit, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this resolution constitues~an emergency measure providing for the <br />i.~ediate preservation of the public peace, property,health and safety and <br />for the usual daily operation of municipal departments: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section i.
