RESOLUTION NO. 4997 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works <br />to advertise according to law for the supply and erection of structural <br />steel including columns, bar joists and built-up trusses, for the proposed <br />Winterhurst Ice Rink facility. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood Council has determined to proceed <br />with the above-named facility, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain materials may be in short supply, thereby dis- <br />rupting the continuity of construction of the above-named facility, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to advertise for bids according to law for the supply <br />and erection of structural steel, including columns, bar joists and built-up <br />trusses for the proposed Winterhurst Ice Rink facility in accordance with <br />plans prepared by Wm. Koster & Associates, now on file in the office of the <br />Director of Publ$c Works. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
