RESOLUTION NO. 4998 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Sinagra, Usher, Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> A RE~OLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter <br />into a contract, after advertising according to law, for the purchase of one <br />Mini Bus for use by the Office on Aging. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Office on Aging has received a Federal Grant to <br />establish a senior nutrition program, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the above program, some form of <br />transportation is required, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the lowest and best <br />bidders after advertisement according to law, for the purchase of one mini bus <br />for use by the Office on Aging. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
