RESOLUTION NO. 5ooY <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, Usher, <br /> Brockman, Chinnock, Graber <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing tbe Director of Public Works to advertise <br />for bids for the General Trades, Electrical and Plumbing construction work <br />necessary to erect an additional floor at Municipal Parking Garage No. 1. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Plans and specifications are being prepared for the afore- <br />said additional floor at Municipal Parking Garage No. 1 by the consultants <br />employed by the City, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Lakewood to proceed <br />forthwith with the construction of the additional floor at Municipal Parking <br />Garage No. l, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution p~ovides for the,immediate preservation <br />of the public health and safety and for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal departn~ent; now, therefore; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for the General Trades, Electrical and <br />Plumbing construction work necessary to erect an additional floor at Municipal <br />Parking Garage No. 1 in accordance with the plans and specificatqons prepared <br />by the consultant employed by the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the advertisement for said bids shall provide <br />for and require that bids for the construction oE said additional floor at <br />Municipal Parking Garage No. 2 shall be in accordance with said pl.ans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
