<br /> Sectiou 1. l'hat this Conncil hereby atr(umou:;ly oblccts to the granting,
<br />by the l)cpartment of I;iqnor Control of the State of ()hie, of thc appl. ication of
<br />Cartur Corp. dba Audy's Delicatessen, for the iai;mace of a C-1 liquor permit for
<br />the premises known/is 16528 Dctrnit Aveeue, l,akewoed, ethic, all ~n accordance with
<br />the provisions of Section 4303.26 of the Revised Code of Ohio.

<br /> Section 2. Tliat the Clerk of CenncJ] is hcrchy authorized and directed
<br />to transmit two certified copies of this Rcsohltioe, together with two copies Of
<br />a letter of objection and two copies of a letter requesting that the I~ear~ng be
<br />held Jn Cleveland, Cuyahoga Connty, to thc l)cpartm~,nt of Liquor Control, State
<br />of Ohio, Permit Division, no later than June 27, 1974.

<br />Ci. ty of Lakewood to represent it and the City of Lakcwood at any hearings before
<br />the Department of Liquor Control.
