RESOLUTION NO. 5016 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. ChLnnock, Graber, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br />A~ EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1975, and authorizing <br />the filing of same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department arising from the necessity <br />of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1975, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of <br />Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed <br />and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of the <br />municipality for the year 1975, be and the same is hereby approved <br />and the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the <br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of <br />Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force irmnediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Appr°ved~-/~z~//~? <br /> <br />Preside <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
