RESOLUTION NO. 5017 <br /> <br />Messrs. Brockm~n, Chinnock, <br />McBride, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish a certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood contemplates issuing <br />$1,000,000 of bonds and $1,000,000 Off-Street Parking Garage Construction Note, <br />Series 1974-1 for the purpose of paying the costs of constructing and equipping <br />a structure for municipal off-street parking of motor vehicles; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby required <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maximum maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> <br />$928,571 for constructing such structure. <br /> <br />$ 71,429 for equipping such structure. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
