RESOLUTION NO. 5019 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Brockman, <br />Chinnock, McBride, <br />Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish a certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> ~IEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood contemplates issuing <br />$1,500,000 of bonds and $1,500,000 Off-Street Parking Garage Construction Notes, <br />Series 1974-3 for the purpose of paying the costs of constructing and equipping <br />a structure for municipal off-street parking of motor vehicles; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby required <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maximum maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> <br />$1,392,857 for constructing such structure. <br /> <br />$ 107,143 for equipping such structure. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
