Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto, McBride, <br />Sinagra~ Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directinq the Director of Public <br />Works to enter into a contract or contracts for the purchase of the neces- <br />sary requirements of Valves and Pipe Fittings for the period of one year <br />commencing January 1, 1975, for use in the Division of Water. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution provides for the immediate preserva- <br />tion of the public property and welfare and for the usual daily operation <br />of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts for <br />the purchase of the necessary requirements of valves and pipe fittinqs <br />for the year 1975 for use in the Division of Water, with ~he lowest and <br />best bidder or bidders, after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
