Graber, Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, <br /> Usher, Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Public <br />Works to enter into a requirement con'tract for the purchase of the <br />necessary items of Fire Hydrants and Fire Hydrant Parts for a period of <br />one year commencinq January 1, 1975. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution provides for the immediate preserva- <br />tion of the public property and welfare and for the usual daily opera- <br />tion of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of the necessary items of fire hydrants and fire <br />hydrant parts for a period of one year~ commencinq January 1, 1975, <br />with the lowest and best bidder, after advertisement according tO <br />law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
