RESOLUTION NO. 5054 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Msgnotto , McBride, Sinagra, <br /> Usher, Brockman, Chinnock, Graber <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for <br />the purchase of the necessary items of water meters and water meter <br />parts for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1975. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
