RESOLUTIONNO. 5055 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Sinagra, Usher, Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for <br />the purchase of Ferric Chloride or Ferrous Chloride, Pebble Lime and <br />Liquid Chlorine, for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1975. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for ~he usual daily operation o~ a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1~ That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of Ferric Chloride or Ferrous Chloride, Pebbel Lime <br />and Liquid Chlorine for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1975 <br />with the lowest and best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to.
