RESOLUTION NO. 5059 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Broekman, Chinnock, Graber, <br /> Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> ANEMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for <br />the purchase~f Alum for a period of one year commencing April 1, <br />1975 for the removal of phosphates at the Waste Water Treatment <br />Plant. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />p~oviding for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> B~ IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO:~ <br /> <br /> Section l. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of Alum for a period of one year commencing April l, <br />1975 with the lpwest ~nd best bidder after advertisement according to <br />law. <br /> <br /> i 2.
