RESOLUTION NO. 5073 BY: Messrs. Graber, Magnotto, M~Bride~ Sinagra, Usher, Chinnock AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works to advertise for bids for the purchase and installation of the necessary carpeting fOr the new Winterhurst Ice Rink in accordance with the plans and specifications. WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department and for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and, WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared for the aforesaid Winterhurst Ice Rink by the consultants employed by the City, and, WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Lakewood to furnish carpeting for certain portions of the Winterhurst Ice Rink, now, therefore, BE tT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase and installation of carpeting for the new Winterhurst Ice Rink in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the consultant emPloyed by the City. Section 2. That the advertisement for'said bids shall provide for and require that bids for the purchase and installation of this carpeting shall be in accordance with said plans and specifications. Section 3.
