RESOLUTION NO. 5074 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Sinagra, Usher, Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Dr. Steven Kovacs as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the term <br />ending December 31, 1978. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Dr. Steven Kovacs as a member <br />of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the term ending <br />December 31, 1978, is hereby approved in accordance with Article XX <br />Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Section 2.
