Graber, McBride, Sinsgra, <br />Usher, Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION repealing Resolution No. 5067 entitled <br />"AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring it necessary to improve Clarence Avenue <br />%n the City of Lakewood by the necessary grading of the base, resurfacing <br />with asphaltic concrete including the necessary replacement and resetting <br />of castings and the necessary resetting and replacing of curbs together with <br />necessary appurtenances thereto." <br /> WHEREAS, this Council by two-thirds vote of the members elected <br /> thereto determines that this resolution is an emergency measure wbich is <br /> necessary for the immediate preservation of the public neace, property, <br /> health and safety and for the further reason that the aoandonment of the <br /> project should become immediately effective; <br /> NOW, THERE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> Lakewood~ Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio: <br /> Section 1. That Resolution No. 5067 adopted by this Codncil on <br /> May 5, 1975 and entitled "AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring it necessary to <br /> improve Clarence Avenue in the City of Lakewood by the necessary grading <br /> of the base, resurfacing with asphaltic concrete including the necessary <br /> replacement and resetting of castings and the necessary resetting and re- <br /> placing of curbs together witb necessary appurtenances thereto" be and the <br /> same is hereby repealed in ~ts entirety. <br /> Section 2.
