RESOLUTION NO. 50.83 <br /> <br />By: Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Grsber, <br /> McBride, ~inagra, Usher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION repealing Resolution No. 5070 entitled <br />"AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring it necessary to improve Lewis Drive <br />in the City of Lakewood by the necessary grading of the base, resurfacing <br />with asphaltic concrete including the necessary replacement and resetting <br />of castinga and the necessary resetting and replacing of curbs together with <br />necessary ~appurtenances thereto." <br /> WHEREAS, this Council by two-thirds vote of the members elected <br /> thereto determines that this resolution is an emergency measure which is <br /> necessary for the immediate preservati~n of the public peace, property, <br /> health and safety and for the fulrther reason that the abandonment of the <br /> project should become immediately effective; <br /> ~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio: <br /> Section 1. That Resolution No. 5070 adopted by this Council on <br /> May 5, 1975 and entitled "AN EMERGENCY IIESOLUTION declaring it necessary to <br /> improve Lewis Drive in the City of Lakewood by the necessary grading <br /> of t~e base, resurf~cing with asphaltic concrete including the necessary <br /> replacement and resetting of castings and the necessary resetting and re- <br /> placing of curbs together with necessary appurtenances thereto" be and the <br /> same is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> Section 2.
