RESOLUTION NO. 5084 <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Messrs. Chinnock, Graber, McBride, <br />Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION repealing Resolution No. 5071 entitled <br />"AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring it necessary to improve Parkway Drive <br />in the City of Lakewood by the necessary grading of the base, resurfacing <br />with asphaltic concrete including the necessary replacement and resetting <br />of castings and the necessary resetting and replacing of curbs together with <br />necessary ~appurtenances thereto." <br /> W~{EREAS, this Council by two-thirds vote of the members elected <br /> thereto determines that this resolution is an emergency measure which is <br /> necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, <br /> health and safety and for the further reason that the .abandonment of the <br /> project should become immediately effective; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio: <br /> Section 1. That Resolution No. 5071 adopted by this Council on <br /> May 5, 1975 and entitled "AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring it necessary to <br /> improvePsrkway Drive in the City of Lakewood by the necessary grading <br /> of the base, resurfacing with asphaltic concrete including the necessary <br /> replacement and resetting of castings and the necessary resetting and <br /> placing of curbs together with necessary appurtenances thereto" be and the <br /> same is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> Section 2.
