RESOLUTION NO. 5087 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. McBride, Sinagra, UsL~:, <br /> Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to advertise for bids for the purchase and installation <br />of the necessary furniture and furnishings for the new Winterhurst Ice <br />Rink, in accordance with the plans and specifications. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department and <br />for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared for the <br />aforesaid Winterhurst Ice Rink by the consultants employed by the City, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Lakewood to furnish <br />the furniture and fUrnishings for certain portions of the Wi.nterhurst Ice <br />Rink, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase and installation <br />of furniture and furnishings for the new Winterhurst Ice Rink in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications prepared by the consultant employed by <br />the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
